78-Year-Old Grandma Proves You’re Never Too Old to Play in the Snow

There’s just something about a blanket of fresh fallen snow that takes you right back to your childhood.

After a snow storm in Idaho, Chris Howerton’s 78-year-old grandmother was inspired to get outside and make a snow angel.

According to Chris, his grandmother can’t see or walk very well anymore, but she sure wasn’t going to let that stop her from having fun.

In a video Chris posted to YouTube, you can see his uncles carefully lowering grandma down into the thick snow. As she concentrates on moving her arms and legs, she finally exclaims with delight, “I haven’t got to play in the snow for a long time!”

The huge smile on her face is a reminder to us all that you’re never too young to start a snowball fight, go sledding, or lie down and leave an angel shape in the snow.
