Study Reveals Babysitting Grandparents Are Less Likely To Get Alzheimer’s

According to a new study published by the journal of the North American Menopause Society found that babysitting can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia. The study was conducted with
120 grandparents in Australia and found that grandmothers who babysat one day per week scored higher on cognitive tests, compared to grandmothers who babysat five or more times per week who scored lower.
