TEN years ago, Sam Rouen won the third ever series of cult classic The Biggest Loser, after shedding nearly half his body weight.

Then 19, the chubby boy weighed 340lb and lost over 155lb during his time on the Australian reality show – which sees contestants compete to lose the highest percentage of their body weight, for a cash prize.

He was the show’s most successful contestant, as well as the youngest ever victor, losing more than 45 percent of his body weight.

But Sam wasn’t done yet, and he went on to completely overhaul his lifestyle.

Now 29, he is now a fireman and has even starred in a sexy calendar shoot – and also works as a motivational speaker in the health and fitness industries.

On the 10-year anniversary of his groundbreaking TV appearance, he posted a before-and-after pic showing the true extent of his amazing transformation.
