Judge Dismisses Grieving Mother’s Parking Tickets After Hearing Her Heartbreaking Story

When Andrea headed into the courtroom in March 2017, Judge Frank Caprio told her she had parking tickets that dated back to 2004-2005 of which she wasn’t even aware.

Breaking in tears and telling her heartbreaking story, the judge felt sympathetic and couldn’t let walk away with empty pockets.
