Mom Thinks Her 5th Pregnancy Is the Surprise. Then, Her Ultrasound Shows the Shocking Truth.

Karen Marinelli was teaching her 1st-grade class when tornado sirens began to scream. The tornado ripped through her school and killed 25 people. Karen shielded three of her students in the hallway, but a 2,000-pound car crushed and trapped her.

She was in critical condition with a broken back and fractured vertebrae, sprained ankles, numerous puncture wounds and separated ligaments.

The families of Liam, Damian, and Dacari were so grateful that they rallied the community. Soon, strangers from all over the country were sending relief boxes for Karen. Inside one box were diapers and baby girl outfits.

She found this particularly strange, as she had no intention of having a fifth baby, and certainly not a girl. After all, she already had four boys.
