Mom Tries To Wax Off 3-Year-Old’s Unibrow When She Learns Bullies Make Fun Of Her

Farrah Abraham shares photos of her 3-year-old daughter on social media like any mother would. The single mom began to notice she was getting a lot of negative comments about her daughter’s appearance.

Strangers complained that her daughter, Sophia, had a unibrow. Abraham, who appeared on MTV’s Teen Mom, became sick of the bullying.

“I remember when I was little I had a unibrow, but I couldn’t remember if there was an age limit, a rule,” she wrote on her blog.

Abraham didn’t want her daughter to endure the harsh comments, so she decided to wax her daughter’s eyebrows. When waxing didn’t work, she waited for her daughter to fall asleep and then plucked the extra hairs.

However, if people were furious when her daughter had a unibrow, they were more furious that Abraham dared to wax a child so young. The mother couldn’t win.

“Farrah, this truly appalls me! What were you thinking waxing and tweezing a 3 year olds [sic] monobrow!!! How irresponsible,” one person commented.

“At 3 you are already teaching Sophia to be self conscious. She’s 3… A bit of extra hair doesn’t matter,” another said.

Many believe that the mother, who has had breast augmentation and chin implants, is projecting her own insecurities onto her daughter. Abraham believes there is a huge difference between cosmetic surgery and plucking a few hairs.
