Orphaned Raccoon Is So Attached To Her Rescuer’s Dogs She Thinks She Is One Of Them

Rosie Kemp noticed something in her backyard. The animal seemed to have fallen out of a tree.

When she checked it out, it was a one month old baby raccoon.

The small animal had a broken back leg, and as her mother wasn’t around, Rosie decided to take her in.

Rosie and her daughter, Laura Young, named the cub Pumpkin and raised her as their own.

Pumpkin lives with Young, her husband, William, and their two rescue dogs. She is very attached to her new family, and is happy to act as a dog herself.
