Police Officer Runs Into Traffic To Rescue A Tiny Kitten. It Doesn’t Take Much To Be A Real Hero.

Lorena Castro was driving to the city centre in Lima, Peru, when she spotted a stray kitten on the busy road.

Just as she was about to pull over and do her best to save the vulnerable creature a motorcycle police officer stopped and run into the traffic to save the day.

He prefers to stay anonymous and had turned down all offers for rewards. Castro ended up adopting the kitten and now they live happily together.

All it takes to be a hero is a bit of compassion.
