Police Seek Your Help Finding Man Suspected of Taking Donations for Wounded Soldiers

In Deltona, Florida, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office has released images of a thief of a donation box for wounded soldiers. They are seeking the man they call a S.C.U.M.B.A.G. (“Suspected Criminal Unconcerned With Morals or Basic Acts of Goodness”).

According to Sheriff Mike Chitwood, the man “walked up to the counter and took the troop donation box while employees were helping other customers.”

Security camera footage revealed the man’s face and that he was driving an orange Kia Soul. They posted both images on Facebook to encourage the public to help them track down this scumbag.
