Giant Singing Flash Mob Honours Soldier With An Unexpected Performance

Volunteers from the former non-profit organization The Army’s Army, now known as United Military Communities of America, strive to make soldiers, veterans and their families feel welcome, appreciated and safe through various ongoing community outreach and support initiatives.

In a recognition and appreciation of a fellow soldier, countless people froze in place in the middle of the mall and serenaded him and his family. The flash mob singers performed “America the Beautiful” to honour the unsuspecting soldier.

In a day and age where the country seems more divided than ever, this small act of kindness proved that we can find common ground. If not for ourselves, then for the people who fight for our freedom every single day.
