Woman Is Shocked When A Stranger Interrupts Her Birthday Party, But Then She Takes Another Look

Lea assumed she knew exactly who was coming to the party, but she quickly learned just how wrong she was.

During the festivities, Hope, Lea’s sister, quickly and sneakily ran downstairs in order to grab the few people who arrived to the event late. “What she [Lea] doesn’t understand is we’ve got this monumental surprise that she has no idea is coming,” Hope said quietly at the camera. “She’s gonna be completely surprised, and I am, too.”

Hope came back upstairs to join the party, only this time she was accompanied by a woman who no one expected. She had a familiar face that Lea just couldn’t put her finger on, but before Hope even had a chance to tell her who it was, Lea closes in for a better look. She immediately realized the stunning truth!

The surprise guest turned out to be Lea’s birth daughter, Natalie, who she hadn’t seen for 20 years since she first placed her in adoptive care as an infant. This became the very first time the two laid eyes on one another!

Natalie lives in Florida with her family, then she, with Anita, her adoptive mom, made the 11-hour trek across the country to help Lea celebrate her special day.
