52 Year-Old Carried And Delivered Her Daughter’s Twins, But The Birthing Experience Had Terrifying Consequences.

Kendra and Aaron are one of the many couples who are faced with the heartbreaking issue – infertility. After many unsuccessful treatments and devastating disappointments, Kendra’s mother Crystal volunteered to be their surrogate. She was 52 year -old at the time and thanks to in-vitro fertilisation conceived the longed for twins. She had a complicated, high-risk pregnancy, had to  take hormonal injections daily, and spent the who pregnancy with her daughter, away from her own home. Luckily, she carried the babied to 37 weeks and delivered them by c-section. The babies were strong and healthy, but such an experience is not always without consequences.
