Scott Chafian performed the greatest act of love to his wife on their 20th anniversary – he saved her life.

Where the usual 20th wedding anniversary gift has something to do with china or platinum, Scott’s gift idea was far from traditional.

Scott gave Cindy his kidney when she needed it the most.

Cindy had a kidney disease and it just so happened that her husband was a qualified kidney donor. Talk about a perfect match!

“I was lucky enough that I could give it to the person I love most in this world,” says Scott.
