Waitrose strikes with a viral Chrstmas ad featuring a girl waiting for a precious robin to return home. The emotionally charged film is based on the real-life migration of a scandinavian robin who makes his annual journey home for Christmas. Despite the unimaginable struggle, the spirited bird does not give up and puts its heart and soul in achieving his mission – to get home!

The film is set to a soundtrack by Icelandic composer Jóhann Jóhannsson, adapting his track Cambridge, 1963 from his score for the film The Theory of Everything.
