To them, the whole world is something new and fresh, filled to the brim with fascinating things to be discovered. Everything ends up appearing amazing in their eyes, and we’ve seen this absolute wonder so many times in videos all over the internet!

However nothing can be more baffling to these tiny humans than something as simple as a shadow- especially their own! They have good reason too- shadows are mysterious, and appear and disappear without warning, despite how they follow you everywhere you go.

Some people even see shadows as a scary thing, however this little one discovered her own shadow for the first time, and doesn’t find it scary at all!

In the footage below, as she walks along one wall in her home, the toddler notices there is a small “person” that is shaped just like her, walking with her.
