After Her Husband’s Tragic Suicide Grieving Widow Took Selfies Everyday For A Year For One Mind Blowing Reason

Shortly after Justine McCabe’s mother passed away, her beloved husband John Paul committed suicide. Needless to say Justine was devastated and consumed by grief. After mourning for over 3 months, her close friends tried to lift her spirit. One of their attempt was to get her to exercise. Little did they know, this was about to change her life for good.
“My husband’s death was a really heavy and horrible time. It was worsened because my mum had died not long before, too. Having a loved one commit suicide and being in the aftermath of that is one of the most fearful, awful things you can go through,” Justine told Caters News Agency. “The 365 days of selfies was one of the first things I did; it started during my mourning period — the first one was horrible, I looked so lost and broken.” Later she added “I knew if I could survive living without my husband and mum, then I should push my boundaries and limits to face all fears I had, to live a life they would be proud of.”
The grieving mom of two started the journey weighing 313 pounds and lost 124 pounds in a year.
