On Disability Awareness Day at Fenway Park in Boston, a brave autistic man stood up in front of a crowded stadium to skiing the National Anthem. It didn’t take long for his nervousness to take over and he started to giggle, forgetting his words in an attempt to hide his mixed emotions. Compassionately, his audience giggled with him and cheered him on, then everyone joined voices together to finish the patriotic tune. Their unity and mutual understanding created powerfully charged atmosphere that could give goosebumps to anyone. All we could wish for, is to one day be a part of such a great event.
