Baby Scream In Agony When Placed On Public Change Mat. Then Mom Realizes It’s A Cruel Prank

Hayley Turner, a mother in the United Kingdom, was out with her baby boy, Samuel, when the unimaginable happened.

Samuel was in need of a diaper change, so Hayley brought him into a public restroom where a public changing mat was conveniently provided for mothers and fathers in need. She had used a public changing mat plenty of times before, but when she put Samuel down, something startling happened.

Samuel screamed out in pain and agony the moment he touched the changing mat. At first, Hayley assumed he was tired and didn’t think too much about it, but when she lifted him back up, she noticed his back was red. She quickly took a look at the public changing mat and was mortified by what she noticed.

In a post that has since gone viral on Facebook with over 100,000 shares, Hayley writes, “It turns out some lowlife scum thought it would be ‘fun’ to deliberately put drawing pins in the bottom of the changing mat.” I can’t believe someone would find it funny to play a prank on a public changing mat. Who would do such a thing?
