Couple Gives Birth To Triplets, Dad Points Out To Look Close At The Color Of Their Skin

Aaron and Rachel Halbert were born to be parents. Even when they first started dating, the young Christians knew that children were in their future!

But after years of trying to conceive their own child naturally to no avail, the couple turned to adoption and then in-vitro fertilization. In a heartwarming article written by Aaron for the Washington Post, he explained why he and his wife never had second thoughts about giving birth to African-American children. “We see protection of children not as charity, nor as part of a political agenda, but as something near to the heart of God. Because every human life bears his image, all life -no matter how young or old, no matter the stages of development – has inherent dignity and value.”

God’s love and the lack of people willing to adopt African-American babies inspired Rachel and Aaron to not only adopt two children, but to pursue giving birth!
