There is the well known notion that the customer is always right and employees should make sure that they are left satisfied. In this particular case, the customer was very insensitive to a serious issue and ignorant enough to complain over the service provided. The innocent employee, who in my opinion is more than capable of doing their job, despite the disability, is a victim and what she has posted on Facebook is heartbreaking and infuriating.
