Dog Loves Cuddling With Her New Baby Goats

A farmer recently saved some kids (baby goats) and brought them to his farm. His golden retriever, Loryn, took such a liking to the kids that she started acting as their mother. “She’s around all the farm animals all the time, so she’s seen it all,” said Andrea Holley, the farmer. “She is truly a mother hen and takes in every baby we have here as her own.”

“Goats are the most loving, easygoing creatures,” stated Holley. “They loved Loryn right away. They are together all day, every day.” The happy bunch love to cuddle, nap, and chase each other around. And Loryn is always careful of the kids’ well-being.

“Loryn is my right-hand man and always helps corral the babies when we’re outside or round them while playing inside,” noted Holley. “She most definitely thinks they are her babies.”

This really is a heartwarming display of maternal love by Loryn the golden retriever.

The addition of the baby goats fuelled Loryn’s maternal instincts.
