A 4 year-old Great Dane from Alabama named Velma shocked her owners Terri and Josh, when she delivered a litter of 19 puppies. Great Dane breed usually expects between 8 and 10 puppies and the case of Velma is the largest known litter at the moment. The birthing process took 19 hours and all the puppies are healthy and well.
