Fan’s Sign Prompts Garth Brooks To Halt Concert & Confront Her

Garth Brooks is one of the most popular country singers in the world. He has millions of fans from all over the world, and thousands of them don’t miss any chance they get to see him perform live. His concerts always draw in ecstatic fans who would love an opportunity to chat for a few seconds with Garth Brooks.

Knowing that his fans like to make a more personal connection to him, Garth often singles out people in the audience at his concerts and talks to them as often as he gets the chance in between his performances.

Brooks was doing a concert in Lafayette, Louisiana when he noticed a fan sign that stood out from the rest. The sign read “Elvis Was My Last Concert,” and it immediately got his attention. Taking a closer look, the singer saw that the person holding the sign was an elderly woman who had a big smile on her face.

Garth knew he just had to talk to that special lady at his concert. What followed is one of the best conversations ever! As it turns out, the elderly lady was really someone special in the audience, for a number of reasons.
