“In the military, we don’t serve alone, therefore we should not die alone,” Maj. Jaspen Boothe said. Army major Jaspen Boothe found out that a homeless 91 veteran, Serina Vine, has passed away. There is very little information about her, and it seemed she does not have any family, as only 4 people were supposed to attend the funeral. Moved by the tragedy Boothe, took action and her hard efforts brought 200 strangers aka “military family member” to the pay their last respects.
