How Good Are Your Mental Maths Skills?

I have to admit my mental maths skills are a bit rusty but I do remember the days when mobile phones, calculators, computers etc were not wildly available and definitely prohibited in schools. Simple maths problems were easy to easy in your head without much of a hesitation, sadly in todays society many people and kids struggle to work out maths questions in their heads. How good are your skills?
