Security Camera Captured The Incredible Moment When A Kindhearted Child Put Its Own Chocolate Into An Empty Halloween Bowl 

They say that “the true test of a man’s character is what he does when no one is watching,” and these days there are cameras everywhere, so someone is pretty much always watching!

Jesse Robertson of Idaho Falls, Idaho decided to set up a camera to see if the Trick or Treaters visiting her house on Halloween would behave themselves. According to KBOI 2News, Jesse put up a sign that read, “Do a trick, take a treat! Only one or two, please. You’re on camera!”

She was hoping to catch video of the kids who waltz up to someone’s porch and swipe the entire bowl of candy before other trick or treaters can get there. Jesse did, in fact, see a kid do just that, but it’s what happened after the candy was gone that has everybody praising the good manners and generous nature of one boy.

“This kid in the video did something that would surprise just about anybody these days,” Jesse said. “So I (thought) everyone should see it.”

Jesse shared the video on her Facebook page along with the note, “When someone steals all the candy and then this happens! If anyone knows this kid or his mom please message me!”
