Military Dad Sneaks Up Behind Family For A Photo To Be Sent To Him

The Barrett family was missing their dad, Master Sgt. Barrett. He had been deployed for a few months and the whole family hadn’t had the chance to be together. The three kids and their mom wound up at a Harley-Davidson store, which they thought was completely random… though it was actually a well-thought-out surprise.

The kids and their mom were posing for photos at the store, which their mom planned on sending to their dad. She even held up a sign for him in the photos. But then they completely miss him sneaking into the photo. He quickly runs to the group and stands behind all three of his kids and his wife without anyone noticing a thing! When someone holds up the camera to them, Mrs. Barrett says, “Oh, you cropped him in! He’s going to say, ‘Oh, I wasn’t there.’”

She keeps talking and then someone taps her on the shoulder. She turns around and is completely shocked to see her husband standing there. It takes the kids a few seconds to realize that their dad is there too, but then they run right into his arms and give him a huge round of hugs. Their mom, on the other hand, takes a little longer to believe her eyes, but then she gives her husband a hug and a kiss of her own as everyone in the store gives this soldier and his family a round of applause.
