Officer Found A Victim Of Child Abuse Tied Up Inside A Home, He Stayed By The Boy’s Side At The Hospital, Then Promised To Never Leave.

One day, a police officer in Poteau, Oklahoma named Jody Thompson, came across a call reporting a case of child abuse. He arrived at the location to find a 8-year-old boy bound by rope, submerged in a garbage can and imprisoned in the bathroom. The boy’s parents were taken into custody while the boy was rushed to the hospital.

Determined to give the boy a better life, Jody consulted his wife – and both have decided to adopt him! The boy is now re-named ‘John’, and lives happily with the couple, as their new son! What a tale of kindness!
