Police officers in a Dallas, Texas have found the body of a little girl near the home of 3-year-old Sherin, who was reported missing earlier this month after her father, Wesley Mathews ordered her to stay outside as a punishment for not drinking her milk.

Richardson police say the child’s body was discovered in a culvert less than one mile from their home as authorities using dogs searched for Sherin Mathews on Sunday morning, Dallas News reports.

The body has not yet been identified, but police reported they have no reason to believe it could be another child. There is no official information on how the child died, but police have seized two SUV’s and a minivan for ‘any potential evidence.’
