Proud Dad Films Daughters Reaction After Shooting Her First Deer Goes Viral

A 7-year-old girl’s priceless reaction to shooting her very first deer with a gun nearly twice her size has been all the talk on Facebook — where it’s been watched more than 2.5 million times.
Lilly Klapper, of North Texas, was hunting for whitetail with her dad and brother at the time and had been practicing her shooting for the past two years in preparation for this day.
Her father, Cory Klapper, is an avid hunter and decided to get the memorable moment on film.
On Tuesday, he posted the nail-biting footage from the Nov. 28 hunt on Facebook — and before he knew it, his daughter was an overnight internet sensation.
As of 2:30 p.m. Friday, the video had been watched at least 2,530,000 times.
“We have a passion for the outdoors, and it was primarily intended to be for family and friends,” Klapper told FOX 4. “But now…I hope that it inspires other parents to get their children into the outdoors.”
In the video, Lilly can be seen focusing hard on her target — using an AR-style rifle “chambered in 300 blackout” bullets, according to her dad.
“Shoot the big one in the middle if you can,” he says, as the youngster takes aim and gets ready to fire.
After two minutes of intense waiting, Lilly pulls the trigger.
“You got it, baby! You got it!” her father cheers.
