Many customers believe that they have the right to boss the staff and have a go at them (sometimes just because they are in a bad mood themselves). Treating people who serve you as if they are less then you is wrong in every way, and what this cashier did to defend the bagger is absolutely priceless. She deserved to be chucked out and put in her place!!
