A baby boy with down syndrome was abandoned in a trash back by his birth mother. Luckily a kindhearted carpenter, who saw the bag moving, took the baby to an orphanage in Ecuador. Back in 2004, Rachel Van Eerden and her husband Jim took a family trip to Ecuador and coincidently stopped at the very same orphanage, where the boy was.
