We all know people who love spicy food and have the taste buds and stomach to handle the burn. I have even met people who go to contests and competitions pursuing the hottest of the hottest foods and unusual peppers.

I am not one of them, in fact I can’t tolerate spicy food at all, despite my desire to try.

This man is very much the same as me, but brave enough to sign up to be a judge at a chilli cook-off.
