This Laughing Owl Is The Cutest Thing Ever!

It’s pretty rare to see an owl, let alone hear one. Even at night they are silent.

They don’t say much and when they take off for flight, they are incredibly quiet. There are exceptions though. This guy for sure is the extreme exception! He’s a rescue that has turned into quite the entertainer. This is some remarkable footage of this guy performing his hilarious routine!
