Woman Unplugged From Ventilator Wakes Up In A Miraculous Twist

It all started one day when Eloise’s husband was unsuccessful in trying to wake her up. She was quickly taken to a hospital, where her health really started to go downhill.

“One organ after another started failing,” her daughter, Beverly Dale recalled. “They’d fix one and something else would go wrong.”

Dr. Wooten ran a battery of tests and ruled out a range of diseases, from meningitis to brain infection. They were unsuccessful in figuring out what was wrong with Eloise. On the 8th of November, 2016, her family made the difficult decision to pull the plug on her ventilator. As they were finishing up with their goodbyes, Beverly observed something shocking.

“We stayed there and just waited for her to go,” she stated. “We just kept praying. She mouthed ‘I love you’ and I knew she was in there.”

Dr. Wooten was left speechless when only two days later, Eloise woke up. She was vigilant, present and communicating.

“Everybody’s definition of miracles are different, but it’s a miracle to me because I’ve never seen it happen,” said the doctor.

And Eloise is not only talking, but also walking now.

“They didn’t see any chance of me coming out of this and they thought it would be best to just let me go,” Eloise said. “I have a lot of fight in me and it keeps me going.”

Obviously, there is no one happier about the news than Eloise’s daughter.

“The thing that made the biggest difference is her attitude and her determination, and that’s my mom,” Beverly confessed happily.
