Young Family Takes In Troubled Teenager. Six Moths Later They Sit Her Down For An Important Announcement

Meredith lost her mother when she was only 6 years old. She did not know her father and apart from her grandparents she did not have any real family.

From a young age she was shuffled between foster families. When she was 19-year-old, Meredith met Anna her young teacher. The 28 years old mentor and her husband Zach, who already had two kids under 2, offered to take Meredith to live with them for 6 month, in order for her to try and put her life together.

When the six months were over, they sat her down for an important talk. Meredith was convinced, it was time to say goodbye, and was pleasantly surprised by the announcement they made.
