Balloons Reveal ‘Special’ Wedding Guest, Bride Goes Crazy When She Sees Who It Is

Instead of making their wedding day purely about celebrating their commitment to one another, they also wanted to share the news about their future baby in the most adorable way.

In May of 2016, Whitney and Landon finally got married. They decided that after the ceremony, they would invite their beloved guests to learn the gender of their unborn child with them at the reception.

The couple had gotten the results from their doctor, but instead of looking at them, they immediately gave it to their wedding organizer and kept it a surprise. The planner then sent the results to the party store, who put blue or pink confetti inside of black balloons to indicate the gender when popped.

A few of the couple’s close friends were instructed to pop all of the balloons at once right behind the bride and groom and reveal the surprise.

Before they went ahead with it, Whitney just had to emphasize that she and her now husband didn’t know the color at all. “We’re going to… How can I say… ‘reveal’ our special guest,” she said, before the DJ started a countdown.

Whitney, who’s a teacher, had the most adorable and excited reaction once she saw the color of the confetti. It seems like she got exactly what she was hoping for!
