Mom Is Shocked By A Stranger’s Comment About Her 3-Year-Old Son

Grayson Smith, 3, was born with severe disabilities, including apnea, epilepsy, a heart defect and brain protrusions. But the little boy from Ranburne, Alabama is already proving to be a fighter. His parents Jenny and Kendyl set up a Facebook page to document Grayson’s incredible journey. “Grayson is his own little star that shines so bright,” Jenny writes.

One of Grayson’s photos, showing him sitting in his car seat and proudly holding a pumpkin he picked during a school trip, began circulating online. A nasty internet troll Photoshopped the photo with a horrible caption: “That face you make when your parents are actually cousins.”

Unfortunately, the internet can be a cruel place as the meme went viral.
