Abandoned Pit Bull Puppy Is Sad At Shelter, But Then She Reunites With The Firefighter Who Saved Her From Abuse

Firefighter Mike Thawley from Fire Station 14 in Sacramento, CA, found an abandoned puppy. The little pit bull had no chance of survival without his help. Without hesitation he rescued her, cleaned her up and took her to Front Street Animal Shelter for some much-needed medical attention.

Even though, she was glad to be in good hands, Chunkie, missed Mike so much, she was very miserable at the shelter.

The following day, he payed her a surprise visit. The two had an emotional reunion and Mike is trying to convince his family to keep her.
